Meet Nick Colvin:


In 2014 , Nick did $20 million in residential sales which included three of Hoboken’s trophy properties: 208 Hudson St. for $2,100,000, 208 Newark St. for $2,400,000, and 706 Hudson for $3,150,000 — a record setting townhome transaction in Hoboken (and Hudson County). 

For the past 12 years, Nick has resided in Hoboken with his wife, Carrie, as a renter and owner. Today, they share a mutual love for this town, along with their two young daughters, Skylar & Mikayla. Throughout his 15-year career in residential and commercial real estate, he has excelled in management, marketing, leasing, and sales.

During Nick’s 6-year tenure with Hoboken/Jersey City developer, Metro Homes, he interfaced extensively with attorneys, engineers, architects, contractors, and bank reps amidst the “transition process” to each condominium association. He was concurrently responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s entire management portfolio. Via specialized management teams, he served as the liaison between Sponsor/Developer, homeowners, and condo boards, ultimately orchestrating 12 (1700 units) of these transitions.  Representing condo associations while at the same time being employed by the Sponsor/Developer presented enormous challenges. This difficult dynamic was instrumental in developing his unique expertise of residential real estate, and ultimately, translated in an ability to provide rare guidance and strategies amidst the most complex and specialized aspects of his clients’ transactions.


Nick’s strong sales acumen, enthusiastic attitude, and passionate nature are perceptible. From the beginning of his career in commercial real estate at New York City’s South Street Seaport, he exemplified a distinguishable versatility, excelling in operations, retail marketing, corporate leasing, and sales. He later worked as a marketing consultant for some of the largest community management firms in the northeast, including American Community Management, the largest operator in the state of Maryland.

Distinctive blends of professionalism, determination, open-mindedness, and an infectious sense of humor, are qualities Nick exudes. He embraces the notion that the purchase and/or sale of real estate may very well be the most important financial decision(s) of our lifetimes.
